RoboCup@Home Education: A New Format for Educational Competitions

چکیده
Abstract In this paper we describe a novel methodology for holding educational robot competitions that has been developed within the RoboCup@Home Educational initiative. The is based on two main elements: (1) workshop + competition format where teaching material interwoven with competitive tasks; (2) team-centered approach, rules and are tailored to participant teams maximize experience students. results lessons learned after more than five years of organizing these also discussed in paper.
